If your application is open, your phone will display this message on the top bar "New message received. Push right to view".
If the application is not open and you have accepted our "Time alerts" we make a call to your phone to alert you that a new message has been deposited in your Inbox. You will recognise that the call has come from us as during your Reporo registration you will have received a business card so you can save this number as "Reporo Alert".
Our default times for placing a alert call to you are between 8am and 10pm (UK time). If you want to change this default timing, go to the options menu and to "Message Settings" from where you can change the timings. If you prefer, you can also edit these notification directly on our website http://www.reporo.com/text.jsp.
Select "Message Settings" from the options menu and untick "Accept alerts". This way you will never receive any alerts.

Open the message, and select "Move to Folder" from the options menu.
Open the folder, and select "Delete Folder" from the options menu. This will also delete any messages in the folder. Only user-created folders can be deleted.

Go to "Manage Text Settings" to change your text settings.
For security reasons, we do not allow our users to make changes to the mobile number they would have registered with us. Should you require any changes to your mobile number, please get in touch with us and we'll action this for you.

Unfortunately, Reporo is not able to send picture messages from all phones, due to differences in what individual phones will allow Java applications to do. Reporo can receive picture messages on all phones though.
If your phone can send picture messages, the option to add a picture will appear in the compose page. Depending on your phone you will be offered the option of picking a picture saved on your phone or memory card, and/or an option to take a photo with your phone's camera and attach that directly.
Sending a picture message should only take a few seconds, though larger image files will naturally take longer than smaller ones. Your phone will display "message sent" at the top bar on your phone screen.

With Reporo you have the option to view full sized versions of images you've been sent on your PC. Please visit https://www.reporo.com/mypictures.jsp and enter the code assigned to your picture message.
